These are so yummy, and very ideal for breakfast. Since they are loaded with protein and other good stuff.

2 tbs coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs
2 tbs egg protein
1 tbs palm sugar
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)
1/2 tsp green tea powder
1 tsp dried blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Black sesame seeds

1.Preheat oven to 350 F (200C)
2.Put all this, minus the black sesame seeds, in a blender until it’s smooth. Then add 1 tbs to each muffin form. And sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
3.Bake muffins for about 20 minutes, or until the fork(pin) comes out clean.

We had these for our Sunday breakfast with turkey bacon and scrambled eggs.
