This is a hard workout. With several exercises. You will feel it!!!!! And you do 5 rounds of the exercise for time. I used 15 lb db’s.

Thrusters
Back Curl Lunge
Preacher Curl
Weighted Lunge Jumps
Broad Jump Burpee
I of course followed Zuzana in her workout. 18:22 min.
