healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is a very simple recipes, so good, so hearty and good!
Makes 3-4 servings
3 servings of Quinoa supergrain elbow pasta, cook as stated on the packet
1 tbsp canola oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped leeks
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup (1 dl) sliced white mushroom
12 oz (340 gr) Veggie meat (I used meal starter “crumbles”)
Garam masala, curry, salt, pepper and bouillon to taste
24 oz (680 gr) Tomato sauce (plain)
1.Heat up the skillet, add the oil, garlic and leeks. Simmer for 2-3 min.
2. Add the veggie meat
3. Add the tomatoes and mushroom, simmer for 2-3 minutes
3.Add spices and tomato sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve with the pasta, and a easy salad.
