I have mentioned it many times, juicing is a great way to get several servings of fruit and vegetables into a glass:
1/2 lemon
1 cup ( 2.5 dl) spinach
1/2 cup ( 1 dl) arugula ( ruccola)
1 orange
5-6 strawberries
Peel the lemon, and the orange
Add the arugula and spinach to your juicer
Add the strawberries
You can dilute the juice and add water or drink it as is.

Hvor mange kcal inneholder denne?
Rundt 104 kcal. Hvis du vil ha mindre kalorier kan du bruke mere sitron ( har mindre kalorier) i stedet for appelsin ( som er “høy” på kalorier). En sitron er 17 kcal, en appelsin er 62 kcal.
Men da har jeg telt kcal på hele frukten/grønnsaker. Når du juicer blir jo ikke fiber og alt annet med. Bare selve “juicen”.
