Biola is brand from the Norwegian milk company Tine.The products sustains of produce made of sour milk and yoghurt, and is rich in fiber. The product also have active Lactobacillus that has shown to have a documented affect on the digestive system and the stomach. So when you eat this you get fiber and prebiotic. Biola is also low in fat, and it is has very little sugar. The prebiotic bactareia LGG is dependent on fructose to grow and live. It therefor use the added sugar in the yoghurt in the process when the yoghurt is made. There is therefor no sugar in the yoghurt at the time you and me eat this.
It is the lactobacillus that helps the body break down the milk sugar/protein, and that is why a lot of people that have milk intolerance can drink product such as these sour products.
A glass of Biola every day, promotes a healthy growth of good bacterias in the stomach, and restores the natural flora in the stomach. Which again gives protection towards unwanted bacterias and viruses in the stomach.
