This is something fairly new to me, but it has been around for a long time. Ghee, clarified butter, originates from India, and is used for cooking, baking, or to just have on bread, and much more for centuries. It is casein, lactose and salt free. This butter is also said to have health benefits for your body, and health, giving you a good digestion and much more. For those on the low-carb diet, this is an excellent choice.
