Taking my greens in powder form in something I have been doing for almost 6 years now.
And I do notice when I am not taking this. Right now it seems like there is a new trend in drinking “your greens”, it is a great alternative for lets say people that does not eat a lot of greens, find it hard to eat those famous “five a day”. It gives you your greens, and also a energy boost.

Of course if fresh vegetables and fruit the best option, but todays world with the technology there is, the dried versions contains almost as many nutrients as the fresh version.
