There are five main food groups that you need to eat from everyday to stay healthy. Protein is one of the most important basic human food groups. About 16 % of the body mass is actually proteins. These again is made of amino acids, the body can not make the nine amino acids that your body need, so it is important to eat protein everyday. Either in the forms of beans, meat, diary,nuts, seeds, eggs or other high protein foods. The body needs protein to make red blood cells, build muscles, burn fat, and many other things.
