Gabrielle Reece ” The complete Fit & Healthy pregnancy workout”
This DVD collection is great. I first borrowed this, but I liked it so much that I at the end ordered it. It has 12 15 minutes workouts, and it starts month 1 and goes to through your whole pregnancy, and then there is a second dvd that has the postnatal workout. It works your whole body, and gives your inspiration for working out while pregnant.
