I have always been a very active person. Think it is because I have extra energy, and need to get it out. I started with gymnastics at an age of 5 years old. When I was 15 years old I started doing weight training as well as my normal sports I have done swimming (which I love), soccer (football), volleyball, running, kickboxing, dance and karate. I love to move. Under this page there will be different workouts, places to get inspiration and articles. Enjoy.
