15 kettlebell swings (with 30 lb db)
10 Push ups/leg twist
5 squats( with broomstick)
2 min jump rope ( I did high knees)

Last I checked was not the new challenge from Bodyrock.tv out yet. So I guess I’ll do it after my cardio workout today, or in the morning.
