healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Morning pancakes with a blue smile.

 

These are a good source of nutrition in the morning with the vitamins from the blueberries, the protein from cottage cheese, omega-3 from the seeds and much much more…And they are filling too.

3 eggs

2 tsp agave nectar

1 tbs coconut oil ( melted)

1 dl rice milk/ almond milk, or any other milk after your own preference

1 dl spelt flour

1/2 dl cottage cheese

2 tbs flax seeds

If it gets to thick just add some more water.
