healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Summer heat pasta

This is a quick, and simple dish. And it taste good too.

400 grams of chicken/turkey meat

500 grams of  wholegrain spelt pasta

1 avocado

3 selleri

1 red apple

1 tomato

400 grams of any dark green salad

Spices: 1 garlic clove

1/4 tsp curry

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper



1 tsp Dijon mustard

3 tsp coconut oil

1/4 tsp agave nectar

1/2 garlic clove

1/2 dl sour cream (light)


Cook the pasta, have 1 ts coconut oil in the water while boiling together with the 1/2 garlic clove. Boil for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water and rinse of under cold water.

Fry the chicken/turkey meat and add  the rest of the garlic clove,  then add the spices to the  meat. Add 1/2 dl water and let it boil, under all the water had vaporized.

Cut up all the veggies and greens, and mix all the ingredients into a pan or bowl. Divide it into dinner bowls, serve with bread if wanted.
