healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

“Who needs candy” muffins

Makes about 12

1/2 dl cacao powder

1 dl almond flour

1 dl coconut flour

1 dl spelt flour

1/4 tsp himalaya salt

1 tsp vanilla sugar (or extract)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3 eggs

1/2 dl agave nectar

100 gr. blackcurrant

Mix all the dry ingredients together, and whisk together eggs and agave nectar in a separate bowl before adding to the dry.  Stir in blackcurrant. 

Bake on 200 Celsius ( 350 Fahrenheit), for 20-25 minutes.

Cool of

Add frosting and wanted decoration

Frosting

125 gr naturell cream cheese

100 gr butter( I used a non soy kind, and it has to be room temperature)

150 gr of confetti sugar (Melis)

    These sound delicious. I really appreciate healthy recipes like this. With childhood obesity on the rise, I want to help my kids make good choices. This Mom’s Guide (http://www.1dental.com/moms-guide/) suggests that tooth decay is one of the leading illnesses among children. If we were give our kids more alternative choices to sweets, we might could kill two bad health birds with one stone!

      Instead of copying my post you can make a link to it on your page. I come up with a lot of my own recipe, this one too: ‘who need candy’ muffins is my own.
