healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Homemade ice cream is one of my favorites, and adding some kind of berries and chocolate just makes it even better:)
3 dl heavy cream ( lactose free/ or an non animal one can also be used)
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Whip this together until it is turned into cream
1/2 dl agave nectar ( or 1 dl brown sugar )
Whisk this together in a separate bowl. The fluffier this is the fluffier ice cream you get.
5 tsp Lucuma powder’
100 gr dark chocolate ( chopped)
200 gr rasberries ( frozen or fresh)
4 drops of rum essence (extract) optional
Mix this and the egg mix into the cream.
Pour into a proper box and put it in the freezer. Stir once every hr until frozen to prevent berries and chocolate to fall to the bottom. ( about 3 hrs).
