healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Kesam lapper/Quark patches

These are filling, and a good alternative for pancakes. Almost got a waffle taste to them.


You will need:

3 dl lean quark(curd)/mager kesam

3 eggs

1 tsp agave nectar

2 tsp coconut oil

2 tsp shelled hemp seeds

1/2 dl spelt flour(or you can use almond flour)

raps seed oil for cooking


1. Mic the quark, eggs and the agave nectar, stir in the oil, hemp and flour to its a lump free batter.

2.Cook on medium heat in a frying pan.

I had my favorite ecological strawberry jam on. Pick your choice and enjoy.
