healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is good as a mid-day snack, or as a dessert.
1 dl heavy cream
1 dl sukrin
1 tsp ground vanilla bean
1.5 dl vanilla kesam (vanilla quark) (replacement here is yoghurt)
1/2 dl sour cream
1.5 dl mashed blueberries
Start by putting the gelatin in cold water.
Put the cream and sukrin in pan, and heat up on medium heat. Add the vanilla, and stir well in. Bring to a boil, and take it of the heat. Take the gelatin out of the cold water and stir in piece by piece. Stir well, or you will get lumps.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Put your mixture in a bowl, and cover up with thin plastic (foil). Set in fridge for about 3 hrs.
