healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
The dill sauce:
3dl Food yoghurt(here in Norway: Matyoghurt)
1 tsp dill
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp parshley
1/4 tsp curry
1 tsp dijon mustard
Cut the cucumber in small pieces
Put them in a paper towel or cloth over a bowl, sprinkle salt over them, and let sit for about 5 min. Dry the cucumbers and stir the cucumbers in the yoghurt, add the other remaining ingredients, taste. This sauce goes over well with a lot of things.
I used “Sweet Potato & Buckwheat noodles“( this is just to show you how they look), which I cooked, with a garlic clove and just a dash of oil in the water.
