healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

3 garlic cloves
10-15 chives (straws)
20 okras( washed, sliced and rinsed) (see pictures below)
1 corn stock (mais kolbe)
1/2 dl green onions (vår løk)
1 tsp chopped chili
2 dl coconut milk
2 dl water
1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp goya seasoning (optional)
1/4 tsp curry
2 tbs coconut oil for cooking
You can add other vegetables to this recipe, and also add fish or meat.
The removed seeds from the okra should look like this:
1.Heat up the oil, add garlic, chives and green onions. Cook until their golden.
2.Stir in Okra, corn, mushrooms, and other vegetables
3.Add coconut milk, spices and fish sauce. (Use desired seasoning, season to taste)
4. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
5.Serve with your choice of side order I had it with coconut rice.
