healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Almond flour is high in protein, and so are the chia seeds. This makes for an excellent breakfast item. That gives you a stable blood sugar, and fuller for a longer time.
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp green tea powder (optional)
2 tsp coconut oil
1.Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Heat up the skillet, on medium heat.
3. Add a tablespoon of the batter into the skillet for each pancake.
4.Choose your kind of what to eat with your pancakes, I had agave nectar and blueberries.
