healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So I got a couple of new books, to get more inspired, and to get new input. What I think about them will come later.

“Superfood: The food and medicine of the future” by David Wolfe
“The Gluten-free Almond Flour cookbook” by Elena Amsterdam
“The Strength Training Anatomy Workout” by Frederic Delavier and Michael Gundill
And since I love coconut, I wanted to try out this new product that “SO Delicious” came out with for people that can’t drink regular milk or soy milk: coconut milk. They have a unsweetened version, but this one has cane syrup in it. I thought it was so yummy.
