healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I love eating salad next to almost all my meals. This salad is refreshing, and addictive.
2 cups Spinach
1/2 Mango cut in dices
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
2 tsp Balsamico
1/2 tsp Rice vinegar
2 tsp canola oil ( or your oil of choice)
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1 tbs Black sesame seeds to have on the top

I served this salad with quinoa pasta and veggie meat pasta sauce. A very good combination
