Sunday Morning Glory Muffins

Protein is a important food group. That’s why these muffins gives your day an excellent start.

Makes about 20

1/2 cup palm sugar

2 tbs molasses

1/2 cup egg white protein

1 tbs superseed blend

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 peeled, and grated apple

1/2 cup pecan pieces

3 large eggs

3 tbs coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Juice of 1/2 grapefruit

1.Preheat oven to 350F

2.Mix all the ingredients together

3.Bake for 10-15 minutes.
