2/3 cup water
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix this a bowl, let sit in regrigiator for about 1 hr
In an other bowl mix:
3 cups gluten-free all purpose flour
8 oz cold butter(cut in small pieces)
Use your hands and mix well until all the butter has been mixed with the flour.
Add the flour-butter mix with the water mix. Stir well. Let sit in refrigiator for 1 hr
