healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is a easy “throw -together” salad. And its addictive, the mixture of the salty salmon, and sweet mango goes hand in hand.
2 tbs canola oil
1 tbs balsamico vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp spicy mustard
1 cup spinach
1/2 mango, washed, peeled and chopped
2 sliced smoked salmon pieces, chopped
1 tsp freshly chopped chives
Mix together the salad and the dressing, and you are ready to eat.
