healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
On Korean tv there is a cooking program every day of the week, like every where els it looks like now days. They were making some different kind of pancakes, so I thought I would give it a try. Japanese and Koreans really are into the whole sea weed thing, and mixing different flavors together.
Makes 2 rice pancakes
1/2 cup rice (left over or just cooled of)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 tbs dried sea weed (of your choice)
1.Mix it all good together
2. Have the eye on medium heat.
3. Serve with turkey or veggie bacon and maple syrup
