healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Waffles are so easy. And I think they make a easy lunch. These are without sugar, but still sweet enough for me.
4 serving of waffles
1 dl vanilla kesam/quark ( you can make your own by having yoghurt and some stevia vanilla and cream)
1 tsp orange extract ( or zest of 1/2 orange)
1 tsp green tea powder (matcha tea)
1 tsp vanilla sugar/vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 dl spelt flour
Oil or butter for the waffle iron
( I used on that is lactose free, and made of rapeseed oil)
1. Heat up your iron
2. Mix all the ingredients together until the dough is smooth.
3. Make your waffles, and enjoy ( maybe with your choice of jam on top)
