healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Only 6 more days, and then its Christmas. The snow has came, and maybe it sticks around this time. The whole weekend has gone to christmas preparations, pictures to come later.
Todays recipe is a simple breakfast recipe, but still very good.
Makes 6 muffins
2 dl cottage cheese
1/4 dl grated cheese
1/4 dl oats
1/2 dl spelt flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs flax seeds
Optional: Add some chopped sandwich meat.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C
2. Mix all the ingredients together
3.Divide the batter in the prepared muffin forms
4. Let it bake for 15-20 minutes.
