Gin-Blue Smoothie

There is no gin in this. But there is ginger, together with the blueberry. Be amazed, it tastes very good together.

1 tbs flaxseeds

1 tbs sunflower seeds

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) milk ( of your choice)

4 tbs naturell yoghurt

1 egg

1 dl (1/4 cup) frozen blueberries

1 small piece of ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix it all in the blender.  Mix until smooth. It might be a little thick. You can thin it out with some water if needed.

Too bad about the gin 🙂 I love smoothies, and I really would like to try this!

I had a smoothie today too :-). This one sounds lovely so I will try that next time I have a smoothie. I bought a new seed grinder to make the Knekkebrod and it is really good to have it so i can now add seeds to smoothies again.

I love your smoothies recipes 🙂 Ginger and blueberry! I am not a big fan of ginger, but mixed with blueberries… sounds good 🙂

Yes, you cannot taste the ginger at all:) So you get the health benefits of both the blueberries and the ginger:) 🙂
