healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is so good together, normally here we have scrambled eggs and salmon on bread. This is almost the same just with a little twist. There is no salt in the omelet due to the smoked salmon.
2 tbs sour creme
1 tsp dil
2-3 thin slices of smoked salmon
Put a dash of oil in your skillet. Heat it up on medium heat.
Mix together the eggs, sour creme and dill. Pour it in the pan. Wait for omelet to cook almost all the way through before adding the salmon. Flip over the half, so that you have a half moon, and let it cook until it is all the way done.
