healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
My son, who is 9 months and some weeks. And he has this baby food, that he eats that is made of peaches, yoghurt, and oatmeal. No sugar added. So that is my inspiration for this recipe. I did not have peaches so it ended up with nectarines.
Also…Now I have finally got my act together and made a facebook page, after getting asked about this for forever. Please take a look at it, and see what you think. It is still very new.
1 nectarine ( washed and chopped)
1 dl (1/2 cup) oats
2 dl (3/4 cup) yoghurt naturell
1 handfull of pumpkin seeds
Throw it all in your blender. This is a thick smoothie, so you can use it as porridge too.
