healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Todays it is -8 C (18 F), if it keeps going like this in a few days we can skate on the lake.
I wanted some sweet the other day, and then I made these, they are a bit chewy.
Makes about 15 little cookies
2 egg whites
2 dl (3/4 cups)almond flour (I used unblanched)
1/2 dl (1/4 cup) agave nectar ( you can also you maple syrup, or cane sugar)
3 tbs freshly pressed orange juice
1/2 dl (1/4 cup) oats
1.Pre-heat oven to 200C (375F)
2. Mix together you batter.
3. Spread a tsp of your batter on a parchment paper, make sure you have some room between, since they tend to expand out.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
5. Cool of a bit.
