healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Yesterday on my walk I thought we would walk some where that that I had not walked since I was a tad younger. My memory played tricks with me, as the road was nice and wide, and then ended up in a trail, some parts with snow, some without. It was a workout in itself. Have you taken a look at my facebook page? If not, please do. Everyday I try to put out a different workout that I like, and some articles, or other blogs that I like. Here is a link to my page: Alternative eating.
This is the hill I walk up and down every day with the stroller, it is just a part of it, as it curves behind were I took the picture. Right now its covered in ice, so pegs are needed, if you don’t do what the school children do, and sled down ( so fun).
This is how the trail started
