I borrowed this book from the library, but now I will buy it. If you are new to the whole Raw food ( like me) this is a nice introduction to it all. With quick, healthy and easy recipes.This one is in Norwegian, but I will post books later that is in English on the same subject, as I will read more when I go to the States.
Due to having IBS, food intolerance and allergies, there is a lot of things that is raw that I have to be careful with. But there is still somethings that I can try. This have def. awaken my curiosity.
Do you have any cookbooks to recommend?
