A Norwegian Raw food book

Raw food på norsk -Erica Palmcrantz & Irmela Lilja

I borrowed this book from the library, but now I will buy it. If you are new to the whole Raw food ( like me) this is a nice introduction to it all.  With quick, healthy and easy recipes. This one is in Norwegian, but I will post books later that is in English on the same subject, as I will read more when I go to the States.

Due to having IBS, food intolerance and allergies, there is a lot of things that is raw that I have to be careful with. But there is still somethings that I can try. This have def. awaken my curiosity.

Do you have any cookbooks to recommend?

I did not know about soaking the nuts and seed in water over night, it “awakens” them, and takes away the bitter flavor. And how it goes in detail about what, and how, raw food is. And sprouting, which I am having a lot of difficulties with, they explain it in detail too. That is so funny 🙂 🙂 🙂 That you also have a book names almost the same. Do you like the book?

Check out this website if you are interested in this. I tried the green smoothies for a while, but couldn’t get used to them.

I also love this book, but my favorite is the danish book Raw Food (http://rawfoodbogen.dk/). It can be bought cheap here: http://www.capris.no/product.aspx?isbn=8741301722 🙂
