Avocado soup topped with cherry tomatoes

This is so yummy, I had it for supper one day, but it can easily be lunch. This is a recipe that is originally from the “Raw food på norsk”, I changed it up a little bit. If you want this one more  raw you can take away the yoghurt.

1/2 avocado

1 dl (1/2 cup) turkish yoghurt

1 clove garlic

1 tsp chopped chili

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp herbamare original (salt)

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) water

——————–

4-5 cherry tomatoes cut in half for topping ( I used the “dulcita” tomatoes that we have here)

1. Put everything in the blender , minus the cherry tomatoes. Until smooth.

2. Top with the tomatoes

Enjoy!
