healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So yesterday I sat down and did something I have not done in a long time. I painted. Today is the European Mothers day. So Happy Mothers day to all Mothers out there.

This is pictures of what I used. I did not have any more organic vanilla extract. But everything els was organic. Navitas Naturals is a big hit in my kitchen, and I use their products a lot. You can use walnuts, and shelled hemp seeds in these. I didn’t but def. going to try it next time. Also if you want them sweeter, or less sweet just adjust the amount of agave nectar.
Pecans and cashew nuts are full of healthy fats, iron, Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Cacao has shown to raise the level of serotonin in the brain- promotes a feeling of well-being. Also stimulates the secretion of endorphins. And much, much more. Read about that here. And goji berries (wolfberries) are full of antioxidants and a range of vitamins and minerals. So this is a “healthier” chocolate bar
2 dl (3/4 cups) unsalted pecan nuts( Suma)
1 dl (1/2 cup) unsalted cashew nuts ( Suma)
130 gr (4.6 oz) Organic Raw Cacao Butter
3 tbs goji berries
4 tbs Raw Chocolate Powder ( Cacao Powder)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs agave nectar
