healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Came home from the gym, and this is what I threw together.
2 dl (3/4 cup) fresh raspberries ( or frozen)
1 dl (1/2 cup) freshly juiced orange juice
1 dl (1/2 cup) vanilla kesam/quark ( you can make vanilla flavour by adding some “vanilla and creme stevia” drops
1 tsp agave nectar
2 tbsp flax seeds
Mix everything in the blender until smooth
