I just discovered Bex Life. And this is one of her workout. Remember to warm up:) High Knees in place for 2 minutes is a good alternative. ( Its like running, but knees up to waist)

Remember take your time, do not rush, perform the routines with good form.
It sustaines of:
1)Sumo Squat combo with dumb bell lift x 10
2)Can Can dumb bell x 5 on each leg
3)Downdog split, oposit shoulder, knee to albow, forhead x2 on each side
4)Modified push up to childs pose

1) Mountain climbers 1 minute
2) Jump lunges 1 minute
