healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So Sunday we went for a walk, and I met some of my friends in Bergen. And then frozen rain, or hail started.
10 minutes later, after we walked inside it looked like this:
For breakfast we made these muffins, that was going to be just like buns. Thats why the name “Sunday Morning Muffin Buns”
Makes about 10 muffins
1 dl ( 1/2 cup) Brown sugar
1 dl (1/2 cup) Milk of your choice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 dl ( 1/4 cups) melted butter or ghee
4 dl (2 cups) spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
Whisk together eggs and sugar, until fluffy.
Add in the remaining ingredients
Fill up the muffin cups 3/4 of the way
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
I used the muffins just like a bun. Had some scrambled eggs and bacon with it.
The choice is all yours.
