healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
These are very good, and it does not take along time to make the burgers. You can build your burger however you like. I made mine with a salad with: mango, ruccola, spinach, and a dash of oil and vinegar. And two fried eggs, on top.
300 gr (0.7 lb) ground chicken
1 egg white
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil (Norwegian:basillikum)
1 tsp bouillon (Norwegian: buljong)
1) Preheat oven to 175 C (350F)
2)Mix all the ingredients.
3) Wet your hands, and shape 6 patties. I also used a wet spoon to flatten them out.
4) Place on parchment lined cookie sheet
5) Bake for approx 30 min
6) Build your burger
