Indian style “Tortilla” wrap

This is a tortilla wrap made my way. And so that I can actually eat it. I made this with Chapati bread.

Serves 2-3 persons

See here for the Indian Chapati bread recipe. I double the recipe this time.

I made the Avo’orangy Guacamole, but used turkish yoghurt in stead of sour creme.

Chicken and Mushroom

300 gr ( 10.6 oz) ground chicken

1 tbs oil ( I used rapeseed oil)

3 large mushrooms (champions) chopped

1/2 tsp curry

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp tomato paste

1 dl (1/2 cup) water

Heat up the oil, and cook the ground chicken. Make sure that it is all the way cooked, add in the mushrooms, and spices. Add tomato paste and water, and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Salsa sauce

2 tomatoes

2 tsp tomato paste

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp fresh chili

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp curry

1/2 tsp bouillon (buljong)

1/2 dl (1/4 cups) oil

Put the ingredients for the salsa in the blender. Blend until smooth

I served this also with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and spinach
