Day 4 Week 3 of Bodyrocks 30 day Challenge- “Lean Muscle Fast- 300 reps”

Set your interval timer and see how quickly you can do this workout!  You willperform 10 reps per exercise for a total of 300 reps.

2) Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag

3) Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag

4) Step Over Squats-Using the BodyRock Equalizer

5) Step Up Kick Out Left Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag

6) Step Up Kick Out Right Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag
