healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
After being on the move and with no Internet. I am finally back, for now. Lets see how long it lasts. We are going to be on the move here again soon. Over 1 months of traveling, seeing friends and family. Nothing like it.
So today I warmed up, and did this:
30 tricep push ups
Remember to tuck your arms close to your body.
10 diamond push ups
50 v-sit ups
To make this harder straighten out your arms, so that your body is in a v.
