Tuna & Eggs

Now we are in Nashville, but we had a stop in Seattle on the way.

Today we took a “short” stop by the whole foods market in Nashville. To get all the organic foods in house. Baking, and cooking will happen in the nearest days.

And now to todays recipe. This is something quick, that you can whip up, when you don’t have much time.  You can make it clean by just using egg whites.


300 gr tuna in water ( 2 cans of tuna)

4 eggs

1 tsp bouillon

1/2 tsp curry

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 dl  (1/4 cups) turkish yoghurt

1 tbsp oil of your choice for cooking


Drain the water of the tuna. Heat up the oil, and add in the tuna, cook for 2-4 minutes, until the redness goes away from the tuna. Add in the spices, and eggs. Cook for a little bit more, and then add in the yoghurt.  Let simmer for a little bit. Serve with salad and rice.

Internet is kind of slow were we are at, so it takes forever to upload pictures, or anything els. But I am going to try my best.
