Homemade Fish Sauce

This is a very simple way to make a quick fish sauce


1/2 cup (1 dl) salmon fillets

2 tbsp chopped chives

1 clove garlic chopped

2 dl (3/4 cups) heavy creme or whole milk

himalayan salt, pepper & dill to taste

grapeseed oil for cooking



Heat up some oil in a skillet, add in the salmon, and cook until done. Add in the chives, garlic and spices. Stir. Add in the milk or creme.  Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
