Daily Workout 06.03.2012 – Gluts and lower body

So today we got up early. I did my morning yoga, and stretching to wake up.And then I did a short workout.

5 minutes  with skipping rope, you can also do high knees.

And of course a couple of push ups.

30 reptiles

30 prisoner get ups

60 Back Bridges, alternate legs
