healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Smoothies are a quick and easy way to start the morning.
1 cup (2.5 dl) unsweetened coconut milk
1 ripe avocado
2 handfulls spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp nut butter ( I used almond butter by Barney butter)
Mix this all in you blender. This is a thick one that you can eat with a spoon, you can add more milk to it, to make it thinner.
