Daily Workout 08.03.2012 – International Women’s Day -Gluts Workouts

The workout that I did to day :

10 minutes w/skip rope

3 rounds of:

1) Single leg hip thrusters 10 x 10 (left and right)

2) Reverse hypers 10 x 10

3) Hip thrusters 10
