healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
As always remember to warm up before doing andy workout. I started with 10 minutes of jump rope.
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Clean and Presses ( I used 20 lb dbs)
30 Wall Walks With Shoulder Taps ( as you are standing against the wall: touch shoulder with hand on the same side, switch) Take feet down, and do a push up, repeat. (This is a crossfit move I love)
30 Push Presses ( I used a bar with 2x 25 lb weights)
30 Walk Over Push ups
