healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
These are healthy and filled with nutrition, for a good start on a good day.
3 egg whites
2 cups () coconut milk
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp melted coconut butter
1/2 cup (1 dl) spelt flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 mango for topping
Mix all the ingredients minus the mango in a blender, until smooth.
Cook them on medium heat. And serve with agave nectar drizzled on top, and fresh cut mango.
